This Privacy Policy explains how d33ply (operated by a legal entity registered in Leverano, Italy) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you access our web application at d33ply.xyz (the "Platform").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU), the Italian Data Protection Code, and the CCPA (California).

2. SCOPE

This Policy applies only to the d33ply Web Platform (the user-facing service). Separate internal systems used for content generation are not user-facing and do not collect user data under this policy.

  • Account Info: Email, profile name, profile picture (via Google Sign-In)
  • Authentication: Google Sign-In (we receive email/ID, not your password)

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

  • Listening Activity: History, playback progress (to resume playback)
  • Preferences: Dashboard settings, saved topics, favorites
  • Analytics (GA4): IP (anonymized), device type, pages visited

3.3 Payment Data

We do NOT store credit card information. Payment data is handled securely by Stripe. We only receive transaction status and subscription ID.

  • To provide the Service (account management, streaming)
  • To personalize your experience (resume playback, dashboard)
  • To process payments (via Stripe)
  • To improve our Service (via analytics)

AI Processing Note: AI services used to generate content are internal tools. We do not send your personal data to OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI providers.

We share data with secure service providers bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):
